If you order clothing or jewelry form Bow Wow to Meow Pet Products, we will happily exchange any unused items for one of the proper size within 30 days of customers reciept. Please use size chart when ordering. 

Any item that is damaged from the manufacturer can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 30 days of receipt by the customer. 

For all other items, exchanges and store credits will also be allowed on unused items within 14 days of customers receipt. 

Only warranty exchanges will be allowed after the 14 day period,  please refer to the manufacturers warranty card for services. If no warranty card is present, please call or e-mail Bow Wow to Meow for instructions.
 
Special notes:   Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges for store credits and exchanges.
